Returns Policy

Product returns charged by dionkos.gr

The customer has the right to return the products purchased from this online store A Dionkos.gr, in the following cases:
1. If the wrong products were sold due to the fault of A Dionkos.gr (due to a mistake in receiving the order, invoicing, shipping, etc.). In this case, the customer may either not accept to receive the product in the first place, or request its return. The products and their boxes must be in excellent condition, sealed, complete and without any damage. The packaging of the returned product must be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in excellent condition.

2. If products of poor quality were sold due to the fault of Dionkos.gr (damaged during transport, defective product, etc.). In this case, the customer may either not accept to receive the product in the first place, or request its return. Returned products must be in perfect condition, sealed, complete and undamaged. The packaging of the returned product must be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in excellent condition.

In addition, if the customer does not return the product then, a new product will not be sent and the customer will have to make a new order/purchase. The product must be returned in the condition it was delivered.

In both of the above cases, the maximum return period cannot exceed fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt

Returns of Products at Customer’s Charge

The customer reserves the right to return the products he purchased, free of charge and without the obligation to communicate the reason for which he wishes to return the products, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. Returns will only be accepted if first:
• an email is sent to info@dionkos.gr
• contact the online store by phone at 22420 25919.

The products as well as their boxes, which the customer wishes to return, must be in excellent condition, sealed, complete and without any damage. The packaging of the returned product must be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in excellent condition. The customer bears the cost of returning the products with a courier company of his choice and delivery to the headquarters of Dion Kos, 10 Hephaistou, 85300 Kos. Products are returned to Dion Kos headquarters at the sole responsibility of the customer. If the customer does not return the original product then, a new product will not be sent. The customer should inform about the product he wants to return, the product he wants to receive after the return as well as his name, exact address details and phone number, either by sending an email to info@dionkos.gr (if it is a change of an online order), or in writing with a note inside its shipment (if it is a change of a telephone order). The replacement will be completed within 30 days from the date on which dionkos.gr receives the returned products and has been informed of the new product desired by the customer in writing and on the condition that the product is available, otherwise the customer will have to re-select another product. The return of the new product is at the expense of Dion Kos to the address indicated by the customer. Refunds are not possible.

Generally:

In any case of product return, the customer is obliged to deliver intact and in excellent condition all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. Invoice Receipt, Retail Receipt, marketing material or any other promotional material, etc.).
